In School Life I found this Question Many time how to be a Good Teacher. A very Common and simple Question was that but i don't know because I was a Student. Then After Completion of My study i become a Trainer and i Research on this Question that how to be a Good Teacher in School Management System and what can make you a Good Teacher. In my Country Pakistan there are near about 400000 Private School in every street and Corner of city where Unlimited Teaching Staff is Working and they have a Daily Routine work Problem that what can make a Good teacher. Today I will share with you my experience and Research that what Really can make a Good Teacher.
A School or Educational Institute never depended on Teaching staff there are many other People with Principals, Headmaster, Admin , Peons, Directors, Supervisor, Gunman , and So on with different task and GD's But Today We will only Discuss about Teachers Qualities what Is the best

According to my own Experience
In my School life Mr. Jammal Who make me Confidence Student to Carry on my Work even i was a Poor boy and He Motivate me to carry on.
In my College life Mr. Professor Yasin Jamal and Bashir Baloch who make me more strong to struggle to bring the Change in my Family With Financial Supports.
and Finally in my University life My Management staff who teach me Good Communication and Positive mind that is still bots me to more work.
This is a Little Picture of My case study but Here Am going to share with you that what they actually teach me and they are very good teacher. But keep in mind these are not only good to me these teacher were as a whole Very good for every one. If you suppose there is a Ranking competition in those days My these teacher got Best Position. So what was common there and what make them Really a Good Teacher here is the Final Conclusion.
They have Make a Fun in the Name of Learning:
Do you know why these name are still in my mind after passing 15 years. Yes ! Mr.Jamal was a teacher near about 20 Year ago but i remember still just like few days ago even that i Become a teacher and Working on Capacity building. These People have an art of teaching and they have Create fun in the Name of Teaching. They have much more stories for us , they have unlimited Activities for us they create different games to teaches us . They make our groups and create fun even we sing songs and they were teaching us we were enjoying that we are playing. So this was an art which make them a good teacher. Can you say this is an easy task. NO ! never they have work hard and they have make their work like a Hero in Perfect way. They Research and make their work more productive. So if you are interested to get a batter work in the Community with a good Teacher fame. You must have to make the study as a fun. If you got he art of this techniques Perhaps you will be a good teacher one day I promise with you.
They Have Break Some Rules For us But Create a Chance of Learning.
yes ! great people have Great ideas. The Names which i mention on the Top case study are the most famous name to me in my whole life. because these are the People who have break their rules for my career. If they fallow just rule i can not be a good Teacher not even a good man. Because they have teach me how To be a good man in your life. I remember that many time i have many mistake in my English Subject But Mr. Bashir Baloch always ignore it. He says Create a list of Ideas and start writing on each idea , great list of ideas will create Great article and I got it. But they have ignored some Rules. So i Suggest you if you student is starting to get idea let give him a chance not to start punish every time. Give some space and Teach again and again it is your job am sure you will be a good teacher.
Teach the Subject not a Part of Course:
Do you know why these were the Most Remembering people of my Career still now because they have taught me how to teach. They have make me able to organize my ideas into a good Article and they teach us Subject never a part of Course. Mr. Yasin Jamal was a Good Teacher because
he have not teach me Management He Let me know What is Management. His every lecture was a Complete Subject knowledge not a part of Course. they have made us Specialist of our Subject because they never create a Chance that we are learning something specific topic with in 30 mints.
We learn Subject. So you must have to efforts on these line if you are looking for a Good Teaching Career.
